VidaCore è un medico?
No. VidaCore è uno strumento di nutrizione e allenamento con analisi metabolica. Non diagnostica, non cura malattie e non sostituisce il tuo medico. Se hai una condizione medica o assumi farmaci, consulta un professionista sanitario prima di cambiare dieta o allenamento.
Come si adatta il piano?
Il piano si rigenera ogni settimana a partire da ciò che hai registrato: peso, misure, forza, recupero, energia e aderenza. Puoi anche chiedere modifiche al coach in qualsiasi momento e vengono applicate subito.
Posso cambiare i pasti che non mi piacciono?
Sì. Dillo al coach con parole tue — «non mi piace il pesce», «stasera mangio fuori», «mi è avanzato del pollo» — e riscrive il pasto mantenendo i macro. Se lo ricorda per le settimane successive.
Funziona senza palestra?
Sì. Il piano si costruisce sull'attrezzatura che hai: palestra completa, un paio di manubri a casa o solo il tuo corpo. Integra anche attività come padel o corsa.
In quali lingue è disponibile?
Sette: spagnolo, inglese, francese, tedesco, italiano, polacco e rumeno. Il coach parla con te nella lingua che scegli.
Come installo l'app?
VidaCore è una PWA. Apri app.vidacore.io nel browser del telefono e scegli «Aggiungi alla schermata Home». Funziona su Android e iOS, si comporta come un'app nativa e si aggiorna in background.
Che ne è dei miei dati?
I tuoi dati sono tuoi. Puoi esportarli o eliminare l'account quando vuoi, in conformità al GDPR. Non vendiamo dati personali a terzi.
Beta and pricing
How much does VidaCore cost?
Right now, nothing. VidaCore is in free beta: there are no paid plans, we ask for no card details and we take no charges. If we ever introduce pricing we'll tell you first and you can decide.
What does beta mean here?
That the product is in active development. It works and is used daily, but it may change, have occasional bugs, or gain features without notice. In return, your use helps us sharpen it.
Will I be charged automatically when the beta ends?
No. You will not be charged without your prior express consent. If we launch paid plans you'll have to actively accept them.
Are there refunds?
Since there are no payments, there is nothing to refund today. When paid plans exist, our Refund Policy applies, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers.
Your data
Who processes my data?
The controller is Neus Digital Technologies LTD, registered at China Hong Kong Tower, 8-12 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
My blood panels are health data. How are they protected?
Health data is a special category under Article 9 GDPR and receives heightened protection. We process it only with your explicit consent, solely to generate and adapt your plan, and never for advertising. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share it only with providers acting on our behalf under contract, and with authorities where legally required.
Can I take my data out, or delete it?
Yes. You can export your data and delete your account from your profile in the app, or write to privacy@vidacore.io to exercise any of your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
The company is in Hong Kong. What does that mean for my data?
It means transfers from the European Economic Area require appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR — typically Standard Contractual Clauses and a transfer impact assessment. We explain this in the Privacy Policy, and you can ask us about the safeguards in place.
Health and safety
Is the coach a real person?
No. The coach is an AI system with an identity and a photograph. It is not a registered dietitian, a certified trainer or a healthcare professional, and our Terms say so.
I take diabetes medication. Can I use VidaCore?
Talk to your doctor first. VidaCore works on insulin sensitivity and may suggest dietary changes that affect your medication needs. Never change your medication based on what the coach tells you.
Is it safe if I've had an eating disorder?
Our Terms expressly ask you not to use the service if you have, or are recovering from, an eating disorder without clinical supervision. Meal and weight logging can be counterproductive in that context. Speak to your clinical team.
Do you guarantee results?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. VidaCore provides plans, tracking and weekly adaptation. The outcome depends on your adherence and on individual factors outside our control.
